I work on problems that don't go away.

Over the past two decades, I've helped organisations tackle complex problems across highly regulated industries, enterprise SaaS and consumer platforms. My work spans product strategy, digital transformation, organisational capability and building products that create lasting customer and commercial value.

Today, I help lead the modernisation of healthcare platforms at Telstra Health, working across product, clinical and technology leaders to shape strategy, improve customer outcomes and strengthen organisational capability across multiple markets.

Alongside my  career, I've founded and operated businesses across healthcare, consumer products and e-commerce. Building companies from the ground up has given me a practical perspective on product development, commercial trade-offs and operational execution that continues to shape how I lead.

The problems I enjoy most rarely have simple answers. They sit at the intersection of people, technology and business. Whether modernising legacy platforms, improving access to healthcare or helping organisations build stronger product capability, my goal is always the same: create products and services that make better decisions easier.
