I work on problems that don't go away.

Over the past two decades, I've helped organisations solve complex challenges across healthcare, SaaS, marketplaces and consumer services. My career has taken me from founder-led startups to ASX-listed companies and large-scale healthcare transformation programs, building products, teams and businesses that create lasting value.

Today, I lead Product Design at Telstra Health, partnering with product, clinical and technology leaders to modernise healthcare platforms used by providers and patients across multiple markets. My work spans product strategy, customer discovery, platform transformation and organisational capability building.

Alongside my corporate career, I've founded and operated businesses across healthcare, e-commerce and consumer products. These experiences have shaped how I think about product development, balancing customer needs, commercial realities and operational execution.

I'm most energised when working on complex problems where technology, human behaviour and business strategy intersect. Whether improving access to healthcare, simplifying workflows or creating new services, my focus remains the same: helping people make better decisions through better products.
